Tara is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist who takes an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs. She integrates evidence-based therapies with creative and holistic approaches. Her goal is to create a supportive space where clients can process life's transitions, work through grief, strengthen relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Tara is trained in Jungian psychology, EMDR, DBT, and I-CBT and is also a Master-level Reiki practitioner. With a professional background in education, she has a deep appreciation for teaching, psychoeducation, and facilitating groups.

Born and raised a Southwestern PA girlie, I’ve been tattooing for a little over a decade now.

Until recently, I lived in Pittsburgh, PA where I worked alongside a lovely couple. They taught

me the craft and I enjoyed a 10 year stint as a resident artist at Blood Eagle Tattoo.

In recent years, my health began posing many challenges and I found it difficult to perform as a

tattoo artist with chronic pain. With a family history of autoimmune illness, I began to delve into

understanding what was ailing my body. My lifestyle was still very fast paced. I enjoyed and

exhausted the city life with its many social and cultural events. In turn, I found myself exhausted.

My body was yearning for some deep care and attention.

One year ago, I moved back to my hometown of Greensburg in order to focus on a healthier,

gentle paced lifestyle. Organically, I opened a private tattoo studio in town, Tattoo Therapy LLC.

This business and my craft embody all the ways which I aspire to exist in life. I am focused on

bodily awareness, utilizing therapeutic practices and encouraging growth. I strive to cultivate a

wholesome and enriching environment with these values as a foundation. During my sessions, I

especially make space for acknowledging my client’s nervous system in relation to their unique

tattoo experience.

In regard to content and style, I truly enjoy a little of everything! I favor nature, bones, and

representations of life and death. I enjoy tattooing intricate line-work, motifs from architecture,

antique textile patterns and the occasional bold traditional style tattoo !

Lee Intachai is the heart and creative spirit behind Gracefully Bloomed Creations. Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Lee carries with her the spirit of aloha—a deep appreciation for connection, community, culture, and the beauty found in life’s most meaningful moments.

With more than two decades of experience in hospitality, leadership, storytelling, and cultural education, Lee has built her life around creating spaces where people feel welcomed, valued, and connected. Her journey has always been rooted in bringing people together, whether through hospitality, community service, cultural experiences, or the simple beauty of flowers.

As the founder of Gracefully Bloomed Creations, Lee draws inspiration from her Hawaiian roots, deep faith, and love of creativity. Through the art of lei and floral design, she invites others to slow down, be present, and create something beautiful with their own hands.

For Lee, flowers are more than beautiful—they carry meaning. They can express love when words are difficult to find, honor memories, celebrate milestones, and remind us of the resilience and beauty within each of us. Her workshops are intentionally designed to provide a gentle space for reflection, creativity, connection, and renewal.

Lee believes, much like a flower, that each person blooms in their own time and in their own way. There is beauty in every season of life, including the seasons of change, uncertainty, healing, and transformation.

Through Gracefully Bloomed Creations, Lee hopes to offer more than a creative experience. She hopes to create a moment where participants can breathe, reconnect with themselves, embrace self-love, and recognize their own strength—while sharing in the beauty and comfort of community.

Beyond her business, Lee continues to serve through leadership, outreach, mentorship, and cultural education, with a particular passion for empowering others and keeping the spirit of aloha alive through service and connection.

Her hope is simple: that everyone who enters her space feels seen, supported, and reminded that there is still beauty waiting to bloom.

 Dandy Botanicals is a small woman-owned herbal company rooted in Appalachian heritage. We offer biodynamically grown fresh and dried herbs, medicinal preparations for body and soul, workshops, and personal wellness consultations.
