I’m really glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way to this page, you may be carrying experiences that feel heavy, confusing, or difficult to hold on your own. Trauma can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. It can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in ways that are hard to explain.
You don’t have to navigate that alone.
I believe healing begins in spaces where we feel secure enough to be seen and heard just as we are. I hope to offer a compassionate and supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is guided by a holistic understanding of healing that recognizes the interconnectedness of our four bodies: the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual parts of ourselves. The Medicine Wheel reminds us that well-being comes from caring for the whole person rather than focusing on only one part of our experience.
Trauma often disrupts this natural balance. When we are in survival mode, we adapt in ways that help us get through difficult or overwhelming situations. These adaptations are not signs that something is wrong with you—they are signs of how deeply your mind and body have worked to protect you.
In therapy, we gently explore how these survival patterns may still be showing up in your life today. Through a person-centered and existential approach, along with mindfulness practices, EMDR, and somatic therapy techniques, we work with both the mind and the body to support healing and reconnection. Over time, this process can help restore a sense of balance across the different parts of yourself.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in your resilience and your capacity to heal. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating the conditions where your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies can begin to move toward greater balance, meaning, and wholeness.
If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

Many of the people I work with are caring individuals who have spent a long time doing their best to cope with difficult experiences. Internally, they may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
You might find yourself feeling:
These responses are often natural ways our minds and bodies try to protect us after difficult or painful experiences. Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore these patterns with compassion, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a new way.
I work with individuals who:
I view healing through a holistic lens, recognizing the interconnectedness of our four bodies:
When one area is out of balance, it can affect the others. In therapy, we explore how these parts of you are connected and work together, supporting integration and restoring a sense of wholeness. We start wherever you are, moving at a pace that feels secure and supportive for you.

*I recognize that not all or any of these approaches or modalities may be a good fit for every client and honor the individual and their uniqueness as a human, their lived experience, and any cultural or self-stigma surrounding help-seeking they may have previously experienced. I meet you where you are and we co-create how we will work together. I believe in you and your innate ability to heal.*
Trauma affects more than just our thoughts. It can live in our nervous system, our bodies, our emotions, and even in our sense of meaning or connection in the world. Healing involves caring for the whole person, not just one part of the experience.
In my work, I draw from EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness approaches as well as others that support processing experiences that may feel stuck or unresolved. Alongside these methods, I hold a holistic perspective of healing that is reflected in the Medicine Wheel.
The Medicine Wheel represents balance and well-being across our four bodies:
When trauma occurs, these parts of ourselves can fall out of balance. For example, we may understand something logically (mental) while our body still feels unsafe (physical), or we may disconnect from emotions (emotional) in order to survive. These responses are natural adaptations that helped us get through difficult experiences.Healing often involves gently restoring connection between these parts of ourselves. When one area is carrying more stress or disconnection, it can affect the others. Therapy can help bring awareness and balance back to the whole system.
Here’s some ways different approaches support this process:
Mindfulness cultivates awareness across all four parts, connecting balance with the whole person.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps the brain process and integrate difficult memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity.
Somatic therapy focuses on the body’s role in healing, supporting regulation of tension, anxiety, and other trauma responses.

Payment for sessions is private pay and the fee for a 50-minute session is $100. I offer a sliding scale for affordability.
I can provide a Superbill at the end of the year that you can submit to your insurance company so the cost can be applied to your deductible IF your provider allows it.
