My mission is to create safe, compassionate spaces where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, release stored trauma, release grief, and reclaim their inner strength. Through a blend of somatic healing, energy work, and nervous system regulation, I guide others in remembering their wholeness—gently, authentically, and at their own pace. As both a practitioner and a survivor, I honor the courage it takes to heal and walk alongside my clients with empathy, integrity, and deep respect for the sacredness of their journey.
