A sound experience for calm and healing. Dress comfy, bring a pillow and blanket, and prepare to let go of stress as you are bathed in sound, and sound therapy tools will be used on your body and in your biofield to induce relaxation.

Qigong for Healing Trauma, 4 Week Program, Saturdays 9 - 10:30am, July 12th-August 2nd, $30/week ($120/full program)

This 4-week trauma-informed Qigong series is designed to gently support the body, mind, and spirit in the process of healing from trauma. Through intentional movement, breathwork, grounding techniques, and energy awareness, participants will cultivate somatic safety, reconnect with their inner resources, and foster a compassionate relationship with their bodies.
Each session builds progressively, with space for integration, reflection, and individual pacing. No prior experience with Qigong or yoga is required — all bodies and abilities are welcome.
*Participants must register in advance of the first group and commit to all 4 weeks. Registration must be made for each of the 4 weeks to save your space.
